Thank you all for another wonderful year in the HCMS Band!  

DUES (Instrument Rental/Fair Share/Percussion)

We currently have $1000 in upaid dues (fair share, instrument rental, etc.) still out.  You should have received an email reminder and an envelope from your student this week if there is anything you owe.  Please help us collect these payments as soon as possible so we can close our books for the summer.  You can pay via cash/check (HCMS Band).  Fair Share can be paid via MySchoolFees and Rental/Percussion can be paid via Square.  Just contact Ms. Parker if you. need a link.

HCMS Band Board 2026-2027

We will have a few openings on our HCMS Band Board for next year!  If you are interested in serving, please contact hcovemsband@gmail.com for opportunities! 

Summer Rentals

If you are continuing in HCMS Band and renting a school instrument, it is highly recommended that you rent for summer.  Students who do not have any access to an instrument for summer break (even just to play sporadically) come back very behind and we have to start all over.  Instruments that are not rented over the summer must be returned to the band room. Please contact Ms. Parker with any questions regarding summer rentals. 

SPRING TRIP SURVEY

We are currently looking into Spring Trip options for Spring 2027.  If your student is planning to continue in band, please take a moment to review and answer the survey questions HERE to assist us with planning.  Nothing has been finalized at this time, but we do appreciate your input as we plan.  This is not a commitment in any way - just a way to gather interest and ideas.
